Sell ringtones via text message billing
You can now sell ringtones in the UK via premium rate text messaging using the iTAGG text billing service. All you need to do is register your iTAGG - then simply configure it to forward the request to our delivery server, whilst simultaneously sending a premium rate SMS.

- Configure an URL forwarder to point at our server
- Configure a premium rate SMS response message with your sales and support message.
All you have to do then is tell your customers what to send to your iTAGG to make a purchase. You can include this information on your website, wap site, product inserts, posters, print and even TV advertising.

How it works
When the user sends in their request your iTAGG account:
- Sends a trigger to our server to deliver the ringtone
- Sends a premium rate SMS for which you set the rate and receive the full revenue
When our server receives the trigger it will send a premium rate Service Indicator (WAP push) message for which your user will be charged £1.00. This links them to our secure delivery platform from where they download their ringtone. We receive the revenue from this message and from it pay any royalties due via MCPS/PRS.

- Follow these simple instructions to configure your iTAGG
- Choose the ringtones you want to promote from this list
- Insert the sample text below together with your selection of tones into your web / wap sites and advertising copy. Don't forget to add our £1.00 charge to the amount you plan to charge users for your SMS message in the published price.

Note: The example assumes a £2.00 selling price for the ringtones. You can adjust this up or down by charging users more or less for the premium rate sms that you send.
